Evgeny Cherdantsev

Chef Evgeny Cherdantsev has more than 20 years of experience in the world of food. He has worked in Tallinn's best-known restaurants and hotel chains, and he currently operates in the von Stackelberg Hotel Tallinn. When preparing food, the most important thing for him is to use high-quality produce, and as part of TRW, he has selected exactly those dishes on the menu, because he wants to offer his guests a special experience.
