The mission of our team: to familiarize the guest with the traditions of ancient Georgian cuisine in modern author’s interpretation and to welcome visitors in a cordial and hospitable way.

Luka has refined his mastery in the world’s best Michelin Guide restaurants, supervised several restaurants in England, Georgia, Italy and was a member of the Georgian team at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or World Culinary Championships in 2020.
