Beer House is a unique restaurant-brewery in Estonia which opened its doors in July 2002. We produce seven types of "living", unfiltered and unpasteurized beer. All our beers are brewed according to German recipes, some of which are originated from the Bavarian breweries that date back to the 16th century. The beer making process (wort boiling) begins in the middle of our restaurants main hall, right under the eyes of our guests. From the hall, the wort is pumped into large tanks where it brews for 5-6 days and then matures another 21 days. Around 28 days later the beer is ready to be enjoyed.
