Meet our Head Chef, Alexey Aleksandrov, the guiding flame behind Écrin’s kitchen. Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Alexey believes in letting each ingredient speak with clarity, precision, and heart. His philosophy is simple: creativity through restraint, technique through devotion. “Enter the kitchen only if the fire inside you burns not quietly, but with a blaze” and that blaze shines through every dish we serve.
