Fuego restoran

About the restaurant

Cuisine: Spanish / Steakhouse / Grill

It all began with a simple dream – to create a place where food is prepared just as it has been for centuries: over an open fire, patiently and with sincerity. At the heart of FUEGO stands the Vulcano Gres, built from special refractory clay that retains and distributes heat evenly, giving our chefs complete control over the height and intensity of the flame – just like the old masters once did. This is precisely what sets the Vulcano Gres grill apart from the ordinary. The meat develops a crispy crust while retaining its juiciness inside. Vegetables absorb a smoky depth. Fish remains delicate yet acquires a character from the fire that an oven could never provide. Every dish that reaches your table has passed through this fire – through our hands, our passion, and our heart. FUEGO is not just a restaurant. It is a place where fire, time, and care come together on a single plate.

Head chef

Hanno Kuul

Hanno has over 30 years of experience in the culinary, catering, and grill culture industries. For Fuego's head chef, every great dish begins with premium ingredients. When it comes to meat in particular, he believes the best flavor comes from letting the ingredient speak for itself—without excessive processing or unnecessary garnishes. His passion lies in live-fire cooking and open kitchens, where guests can experience the entire process firsthand—the flames, the smoke, and the chefs at work. To the head chef, food is not merely a meal on a plate, but an experience born from honest craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients, and a deep respect for fire. This is exactly what he strives to offer Fuego's guests every single day.
