Tallinn’s newest restaurant, FUME, invites you to discover flavors shaped by open fire and the finest ingredients. At the heart of the restaurant is the Vulcano Gress grill, handcrafted in Madrid and the largest of its kind in Estonia, giving seafood, meats, and plant-based dishes a truly distinctive character. A golden bar, eclectic design, and cosmopolitan atmosphere set the stage for every visit to become an experience. We warmly welcome you to get to know FUME during Tallinn Restaurant Week. FUME is a completely new name on Tallinn’s dining scene and one of the restaurant in the Siigur Restaurant Collection.

FUME Head Chef & Partner Heinrich’s culinary signature blends refinement, craftsmanship, and individuality. His journey began at home and has taken him to kitchens across Europe. This international experience and layered perspective come to life in FUME’s menu. “Our menu draws inspiration from all over the world – touches of South America, a hint of Asia, classic France, and, of course, Estonia. For me, the most important thing is to honor the ingredients: to highlight their best qualities rather than hide them behind dozens of other flavors,” Heinrich explains.
