About the restaurant

Restaurant Le Lac is located on the first floor of Mercure Tallinn, in the immediate vicinity of Tallinn Airport. In our restaurant, we offer both a lunch menu aimed at business customers and a classic À la carte menu in the evening. We welcome both individual visitors and groups to eat with us, for whom we can design special solutions in terms of menu and concept according to their needs. The menu is a combination of international dishes and fish dishes inspired by the lake, accompanied by the classic cooking methods of French cuisine. During the summer, we also have an outdoor terrace open to enjoy warm summer evenings with a view directly to our large fountain.

Our chef Sergei Babejev has prepared a menu of various dishes from around the world, using the best local ingredients. The menu has been inspired by the lake located near our restaurant, which has brought various fish dishes to the menu.
