Sander’s culinary philosophy is rooted in seasonal ingredients, clean flavors, and a thoughtful sense of balance. His background at the renowned Fotografiska and his experience working in the extreme conditions of Lapland have forged a deep sense of discipline and a profound respect for raw ingredients. Beyond the kitchen, Sander is a passionate oyster master, regularly participating in international festivals and competitions.
