Led by Executive Chef Rene Uusmees, MEKK brings a fresh perspective to Estonian culinary heritage, creating dishes that celebrate our roots, our nature and the flavours of home.

Rene Uusmees is the Executive Chef of Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn, and the creator of the MEKK brand (from the Estonian Moodne Eesti Köögikunst, meaning “Modern Estonian Culinary Art”). For him, gastronomy is much more than just a profession - it is his true passion and calling.
