Head chef

Vladislav Borovik

Our new head chef, Vladislav Borovik, has gained experience in several of Estonia’s top restaurants and worked for many years as a sous-chef. He has represented Estonia at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition and was awarded the title of Chef of the Year in 2018. Vladislav values classical culinary techniques but always adds a fresh and unexpected touch to create a unique dining experience. His greatest wish is that every guest leaves the restaurant happy and satisfied.
