Head Chef of NOA Chef’s Hall Roman is one of the first Estonian chefs to be awarded a Michelin star, which he received in the spring of 2022. This recognition marked the dedication to excellence by both him and the entire NOA Chef’s Hall team. Today, in 2026, we proudly continue to hold our Michelin star, while Roman and his kitchen and service teams work tirelessly every day not only to maintain this level but to raise it even higher. Under his leadership, the kitchen blends creativity and precision, creating experiences that make NOA Chef’s Hall a truly special destination for both Estonian and international food lovers.
