Since the beginning of 2025, NOK NOK has been delighting guests with authentic Thai flavors under the leadership of Thuleewan Boonyarattana. Born and raised in Thailand, educated in the UK, and experienced across multiple countries, Thuleewan began her culinary journey by helping her father cook for tin mine workers during her childhood. From the simplest ingredients, her father created extraordinary dishes. It’s this kind of honest and genuine Thai cuisine that Thuleewan now shares with the world at NOK NOK.
