Nawaporn Sukprasert is a Thai chef who has recently joined the NOK NOK kitchen team bringing fresh energy, new ideas and a deep passion for authentic Thai cuisine. His approach combines respect for traditional Thai flavours with a contemporary sense of presentation and creativity. Since joining the team, Nawaporn has contributed new ideas and encouraged his fellow chefs to explore, refine and constantly improve their work. He believes that great cuisine is built on teamwork, dedication and attention to detail. His experience, positive attitude and passion for Thai cooking add a new dimension to the NOK NOK kitchen, helping the team create dishes that are authentic, balanced and full of character.
