Our Chef, Yuriy Chernov a native Odesite got his first experience, naturally in Odesa, a big international city where there is a wide mix of international heritage in the local cuisine. All of it has a Ukrainian spin to it thus creating our Ukrainian cuisine. Our chef's and his team's biggest wish is to share this culinary delight with the citizens of Estonia and her guests.
