Walking from Town Hall Square up toward Toompea, you will find on the right side of the street, a historic restaurant with an outdoor terrace that has welcomed guests in different forms since 1969. Centuries ago, the same building served as a watchtower separating Toompea from the Lower Town, which explains its large windows and open views. The windows overlook a romantic street and the towers of the Old Town. High ceilings, beautiful natural light, a cozy terrace, and the morning sound of church bells create a special and unforgettable atmosphere where history and calm meet in the heart of the city.
