Erik Prosvirin brings nearly a decade of experience from one of Tallinn’s most acclaimed restaurants. Under his leadership, the establishment maintained a place in the Michelin guide for four consecutive years, demonstrating a high level of cuisine, attention to detail, and a signature personal style. Erik favors classic recipes, local ingredients, and clean flavors, reimagining traditional dishes with a modern twist. His philosophy is rooted in respect for tradition and a delicate balance between past and present. The opening of Riva restaurant gave Erik the opportunity to step beyond the familiar — it’s a 180-degree turn, a new stage where he reveals a different side of himself. Here, he experiments with flavors, redefines the concept of fine dining, and invites guests on a new gastronomic journey.
