Anastasia Kuznetsova

Our chef - Anastasia Kuznetsova, studied cooking with one of the best Japanese chefs in Estonia - Hide Hirakata. In 2020, she graduated from the Tallinn Service School. Her philosophy is to use the highest quality raw materials in their original form.
