Kristina Dõrlova is the Head Chef of Sardiinia & Lounge, accustomed to competing for every second and every millimetre. Having earned recognition in several professional competitions, she has brought her winning mindset to Pirita Marina. Her culinary style combines youthful energy with refined, luxurious finishing. During Tallinn Restaurant Week, she opens a new chapter at Sardiinia, where every component has its place and its own story, offering guests a miniature escape through world-class flavours.
