Sea-inspired salmon and basil duo.

The lightness of the Mediterranean Sea meets the tradition of the Estonian coastal village. Mild salmon and zesty onions have been accompanied by velvety basil mayonnaise. It is a dish where pure flavors and the play of textures meet, being the perfect introduction to a Sardiinid restaurant dinner accompanied by the sunset.

Smoky pork belly and truffle cream.

A smoky pork belly cooked for a long time at a low temperatura that melts in your mouth. Served with a velvety potato-truffle cream, a deep red wine sauce, and our house red cabbage kimchi that adds an unexpected and refreshing zest to the dish.

Wild Panna Cotta and Caramel White Chocolate.

Our chef's bow to the local nature and Pirita beach. The silky Panna Cotta has taken on a slightly resinous juniper undertone, creating the perfect harmony with deep blueberry and oven-baked white chocolate pieces. A dessert that is both familiar and surprising.

Restaurant “Sardiinid” opened its doors in autumn 2016 with an aim to offer gourmet food on the Pirita riverside with a view of the sea in the background and to be a meeting place for the residents and visitors of Pirita. Its spacious windows and beautiful surroundings with a view of the sea create an unforgettable and romantic atmosphere for any special occasion, appointment, or business meeting.

Milena Simane is the chef of restaurant Sardiinid, who is used to competing for seconds and millimeters. Having won several professional competitions, she has brought her winning mentality to Pirita Harbour. Her signature is a blend of youthful energy and luxurious finishing. During Tallinn Restaurant Week, she opens a new chapter at restaurant Sardiinid, where each component has its own place and story, offering guests a mini-vacation through world-class flavors.
