Restaurant “Sardiinid” opened its doors in autumn 2016 with an aim to offer gourmet food on the Pirita riverside with a view of the sea in the background and to be a meeting place for the residents and visitors of Pirita. Its spacious windows and beautiful surroundings with a view of the sea create an unforgettable and romantic atmosphere for any special occasion, appointment, or business meeting.

Head chef

Ilarion Yakushev

Ilarion Yakushev has spent most of his chef's career at sea in the German company Reederei F. Laeisz - from chef to Head Chef, and before taking the position of head chef at Restoran Sardiinid, he held the position of senior sous chef at Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn.
