Cuisine: European

Tartare, of the familiar beef variety and other enticing sorts, is the star of the menu at one of the newest additions to Tallinn’s burgeoning restaurant scene. This traditional French dish has been reinvented and brought to the capital of Estonia at TAR TAR kitchen and bar. Complete with a cosmopolitan interior and excellent service, it’s definitely worth a visit. Located next to Tallinn’s main transport hub, Viru Keskus shopping centre, TAR TAR is easily accessible from any part of the city. Its glass facade makes it a great spot for daytime people watching, or a romantic date in the evening.
