Born in Madeira Island Roberto brings Tasca to Estonia, unique dishes with Atlantic flavors from Portugal. With the inspiration from his country traditional dishes, refined in his restaurant in Lisbon with other great chefs, Roberto experience adds a modern twist to the Portuguese food when introducing the Portuguese cuisine to Estonia.
