With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Sanita brings both expertise and curiosity to the kitchen of The Able Butcher. Her cooking is rooted in seasonality, quality produce and respect for every ingredient. She believes great food doesn’t need to be complicated — it starts with exceptional ingredients, solid technique and flavours that simply make sense.
