This year, Tuljak is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and we warmly invite you to celebrate with us! The restaurant was built in the 1960s and renovated and reopened 10 years ago. Here, history meets modern design. The menu carries a touch of nostalgia, yet every dish is complemented with a contemporary approach. We serve food that is distinctly ours - something only we can offer. Tuljak is one of the nine restaurants in the Siigur Restaurant Collection, which also includes NOA, NOA Chef’s Hall, Paju Villa, OKO, TOKO, Haapsalu Kuursaal, TAR in Finland, and the newly opened FUME. Head Chef of Tuljak In a historically restored and architecturally interesting house, Lauri offers exquisite culinary experiences. Some of the dishes have become so popular and requested that we don’t dare to remove them from the main menu.
