Welcome to VÕIVÕI! Here, we love butter. We love delicious food, good company, and enjoying them together. We value honestly grown ingredients, preferably local. This is our interpretation of the forest, sea, and field—to bring out the best in food. The secret to delicious food is simple: the best ingredients and, of course, more butter! And FIRE! Our third secret ingredient. It is primal, playful, and unpredictable, adding just the right amount of excitement to the food! It’s like an ingredient of its own, revealing itself in flavors as roasted, smoky, crispy, or sometimes soft and juicy.

Vladislav Djatšuk
Vlad (Vladislav Djatsuk), our head chef says that he pursues purity of flavors and the kind of simplicity that stays in people’s memories, is pleasant, and creates a wow effect—not through radical surprises, but by ensuring that what is on the plate is not too complex, overwhelming, or tiring. As a perfectionist top chef, he values the harmony of even the smallest components on the plate. "Everything has to fit together and be in balance," Vlad believes. He recalls the tastes, smells, colors, and textures of his childhood and acknowledges that the magic of food also lies in its simplicity.
